As part of Gotera Agency’s commitment to creating 25 million jobs and empowering 25,000 wealth and job creators, we have identified and co-developed a portfolio of 15 high-impact social service and income-generating initiatives.
These initiatives were developed through a community-centered and participatory process, informed by the needs, priorities, and opportunities identified through our Community Lab.

As part of Gotera Agency’s bold commitment to creating 25 million jobs and empowering 25,000 wealth and job creators, we have identified and co-developed a portfolio of 15 high-impact social service and income-generating initiatives.
These initiatives were developed through a community-centered and participatory process, informed by the needs, priorities, and opportunities identified through our Community Lab.
Each initiative is designed to translate community-driven solutions into practical, productive, and sustainable opportunities for employment and income generation.
The selected initiatives are currently being piloted and tested on the ground, enabling us to refine their models, measure their impact, and develop scalable approaches that can contribute meaningfully to inclusive economic and social development.

የጎተራ ኤጀንሲ 25 ሚሊዮን ሥራዎችን እና 25 ሺህ የሀብትና የሥራ ፈጣሪዎችን ለመፍጠር ባለው ቁርጠኛ ጉዞ፣ 15 ከፍተኛ ተፅዕኖ ያላቸው የማሕበራዊ አገልግሎትና የገቢ ምንጭ ስምሪቶችን ለይቶ በማውጣትና በጋራ በመስራት አዘጋጅቷል።
እነዚህ ስምሪቶች በማሕበረሰብ ፍላጎቶች፣ ቅድሚያ ሰጪ ጉዳዮችና እድሎች ላይ በመመስረት፣ በማሕበረሰብ ተሳትፎ እና በCommunity Lab ሂደት የተዘጋጁ ናቸው።
እያንዳንዱ ስምሪት የማሕበረሰቡን ሀሳብና መፍትሔ ወደ ተግባራዊ፣ ምርታማና ዘላቂ የሥራና የገቢ ዕድሎች ለመቀየር የታለመ ነው።
የተመረጡት ስምሪቶች በአሁኑ ወቅት በመሬት ላይ እየተሞከሩና እየተፈተሹ ይገኛሉ። ይህም ሞዴሎቹን ለማሻሻል፣ ተፅዕኗቸውን ለመለካትና በሰፊው ሊተገበሩ የሚችሉ አቀራረቦችን ለማዘጋጀት ያስችላል።
